Once you have successfully ran an authorization, you will need to either capture it or void it. Capturing a transaction will complete the payment and take money from the cardholder’s account. Voiding it will release the pending payment on the card.
To do this do the following:
1. Make sure you are on your dashboard, and click on “Payment History”
2. Find the authorization and click on the dollar amount to get to the transaction details
3. From the transaction detail view you will see a “Void Transaction” and “Capture” button
