How to Refund

* If you are processing a transaction at the Point of Sale terminal, you must refund the transaction at the same terminal.

1. Open your browser (Internet Explorer, Google Chrome, Safari, etc.) and go to: https://portal.currencypay.com/login

2. Type in your login and password information and click green “Log In” button.

3. Go to “Payment History” listed on the left-hand side of the main screen.


4. Find the transaction that you would like to refund, and click on the dollar amount that you would like to refund


5. Once you click on the dollar amount, you will see the Transaction Details screen below.You will see the refund button located right below the Sale date. Click that REFUND BUTTON.


6. Once you click the REFUND button, following window will pop up.

7. If you want to process a partial refund, please check the PARTIAL REFUND box. You will be prompted to enter a partial refund amount in the yellow box that will appear.

8. To finish the refund process, simply click on the REFUND button and you will be all set.
